Lymphedema Self Massage for the Arm(s) - Upper Extremity

Self-massage is often an integral part of lymphedema care. If you’re able, work with your therapist to determine whether self-massage is right for you and to learn how to perform it on yourself. Your therapist will be able to show you techniques that will work specifically for you. However, if you’re unable to get to a therapist, whether it is due to COVID-19 or due to other circumstances check out the videos below which demonstrate how to perform manual lymphatic massage on yourself. This video series is for upper extremity lymphedema, we will be creating another post focusing on the lower extremity.
