RETURNS POLICY
If you've landed here, that means that you have either purchased from us or are considering making a purchase. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you! We want to be sure that you're 100% satisfied with the garment you've purchased, and if you're not, rest assured that we'll make it right!

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted on purchases within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are refunded to the original payment method once received and processed.
  • Using the Returns Portal, you may exchange your garment for a different size in the same color/pattern.
  • We will provide complimentary prepaid USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all US-based returns.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Due to import/export regulations, we are unable to provide complimentary prepaid return labels for our global customers. International customers are responsible for covering the replacement garment shipping cost for exchanges.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

  • We are very sorry if an item you received has a manufacturing defect. We will make it right!
  • Please report all defects within 14 days of purchase.
  • Follow the return instructions above to initiate a return.
  • Final sale items that are defective are eligible for return.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
You may edit or cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. All orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, but many ship within a few hours of being placed. Please call us as soon as possible (during business hours) to cancel or amend your order.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GARMENT
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Returns Portal.

  • Enter your order number and account email to initiate the return process in the Returns Portal. Your order number can be found on the slip that came with your order, in the order confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our website and looking at your order history.
  • Indicate the item you're returning or exchanging, the quantity, and the reason for your return. You may also upload pictures if you'd like us to review a specific issue.
  • Submit your return request. We will approve your request within 1-2 business days.
  • Once your return is approved, you can download and print your prepaid return label (US customers only) and ship it back in a padded envelope or small box.
  • Put the return in the mail (USPS).
  • We will notify you when we receive your return and once again when we process your exchange or refund. After the refund is processed, it may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.

Please do not send items back that have not been authorized. We will not be able to identify your return correctly, which will cause confusion and delay in getting your refund.
